Heading south of Puerto Vallarta through spectacular landscapes, we enter a tropical deciduos forest. From there we leave on foot and arrive at an adjacent oak forest. This unique habitat offers us the opportunity to observe a wide range of bird species, both resident and migratory, such as the San Blas Jay, Green Jay, the Great Kiskadee, Orange-Fronted Parakeet, and Lilac-Crowned Parrot among many others. THIS TOUR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE Finally we drive to the Botanical Gardens for snacks at a great place in paradise, for filling our checklist, and for visiting this collection of 3,000 different species of plants. Guests are welcome to use restaurant facilities and order from menu if they wish (optional, not included). Cruise Passengers: You can meet at the marina office at 9:30 AM and return to ship at 3:00 PM Runs: Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00 AM.
